Born in Toll Gate, Clarendon, Jamaica, E-Dee—whose real name is Everton Dennis—has built a remarkable career as both a recording artist and actor. Known for his high-energy performances and hit singles, he has solidified his place in the Dancehall scene with chart-topping collaborations and music featured in major Hollywood films and TV shows.
E-Dee’s journey has been one of passion and perseverance. After relocating to Los Angeles, California, he honed his craft at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood and the Theatre of Arts, leading to collaborations with top industry producers. His breakout single “R U Ready” and debut album JA 2 LA 2 DI World put him on the map, while his later work—including the hit “Revolution” with Irie Love—cemented his reputation in Jamaica and beyond.
